About Sarah

I am a personal trainer, but also your cheerleader for life! I struggled with confidence and body image until I found a passion for my body and mind with taking care of myself both physically and mentally. I learned how to prioritize strength training, nutrition, and most importantly my mental health with proven strategies. I understand where you are at & want to help YOU become the best version of yourself by making small, simple changes. I use my knowledge and personal experiences to guide you from a stall in progress to simple body confidence and strength so you can be the most strong, healthy woman you can be.

EDUCATION

I help my clients learn and build a life of good health and well-being through education. Knowledge is power. You don’t know what you don’t know. We discuss the foundation that includes sleep, hydration, nutrition, mindset and many more that play huge roles in our health, happiness, and well-being. 

INTEGRATE

I help my clients integrate all aspects of health into their life (physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual) through support, accountability, guidance, and of course fun being the highest value during our time together! I care deeply about each person I work with and not only am your coach, but your cheerlead for life!

Compassion

I treat each client with respect, honesty, and compassion and focus on pursuing incremental positive growth. I meet you where you are at and be the resource you need. I give you the push when you need it, encourage you during the struggles, and cheer you on through your health and wellness journey. You are never alone!

Fun Facts About Me

I moved away to Colorado from Minnesota and every chance I get to go home I truly cherish every moment with my family. My family is everything and they each have made me who I am today. I am in love with Colorado though, so who knows if I will move back!

I love new experiences, whether it is a new state, hiking trail, restaurant, etc. I love seeing the beauty surrounding us and spending time in nature! I cannot wait to continue to work towards my dream and meet new people. I love being around empowered women, inspiring, and making a positive impact on each person I meet.

My favorite food are tacos! I also LOVE dark chocolate.
